If for any reason you refuse to accept delivery of any Goods when they are delivered, or we are unable to deliver the Goods on time because you have not provided appropriate instructions or documents, we may store the Goods or return them to us and you shall be responsible for any associated costs.

We accept oversea orders, shipping cost will be charged according to international rate from the respective shipping company.

FAQ for Shipping

All shipping rate are based on total weight included the hard container box & the bobble-wrapper to protect the item. All total prices and shipping charges shown are final payment during checkout process and no extra hidden cost will be added later.

All shipping for international rate will be based on the respective shipping company charges as published in their website. Currently we only have EMS, DHL, UPS and FedEx as international shipping options. 

Normally, it will take approximately 2 working days for the shipment to reach its destination. In certain circumstances, it may take up longer time for delivery. For international shipping, please expects 1 to 2 weeks time for delivery depending on the shipping company and the country region involved.

FREE delivery for total purchases above RM250 in a single transaction, apply for PosLaju shipping method and Cash on Delivery service only (not apply to international shipping).

FAQ for Payment

Currently, we only accept payment from Internet Banking/Fund Transfer/ATM/Foreign Telegraphic Transfer to following Banks: Maybank, CIMB Bank and Public Bank. For credit card or debit card payment, kindly use PayPal as worldwide accepted option.

★ How To Collect? ★

You have wide range of selection from the following courier options:

1. PosLaju - FREE delivery for total purchases above RM250 in a single receipt, within the entire Malaysia only.

2. Deliver to Your Doorstep - just a mere RM30, we deliver it personally to your doorstep, Klang Valley only.

3. Collect on Delivery - no shipping charges, we meet up at a place fixed by us and we hand it over to you, cash term only.

4. EMS International - EMS stand for Expedited Mail Services, cheapest courier service for all international shipment.

5. FedEx - expensive but with good quality service, available for both domestic and international shipment.

★ How to Make Pre-Order? ★  

- You are now able to place a minimum 20% deposit to book your item. This means you only need to pay 20% of your total pre-ordered items for all pre-ordered bookings (total items price divided by 5).

- The remaining 80% of the payment must be fully settled after the official release date and before the item is shipped to you.

- Cancellation before the pre-order deadline will be entitled for the full refund of the deposit; whereas cancellation after the pre-order deadline will result in a deposit forfeiture, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

★ Really Low Price? ★  

We always work very hard to let everyone enjoy the same retail price in Malaysia as what you see in Japan's retail shop.

The good news is, we also absorb the shipping cost from Japan to Malaysia. So, we earn a little peanut, you get your favorites hobby fulfilled, that's my aim!

★ How To Price My Figures? ★

Your Total Items Price = Your Total Selected Items Price + Shipping Cost Courier To You (no other hidden cost).

★ Why Don't Have Figure ABC? ★  

We always offer those popular and high demand figures, but not 18sx-rated figure, those items are illegal for sale in Malaysia.

However, if you really want something that's not available and hard to find in Malaysia, you may contact us and we will do my best to bring it in from Japan.

★ Can Reserve A Figure? ★ 

- You can reserve any in-stock item for up to 14 days, no deposit is required.

- If no confirmation or full payment is received after the 14 days reservation deadline, the reservation is considered canceled and there will be no guarantee for any availability of the reserved item.

- For Pre-order item, please note that we will cancel all of your ordered items without notice if we do not received the preorder deposit as confirmation after the preorder deadline.
